At Opt-In Wireless, we don’t just have designs ready for the Taking it to the Streets Promotion, we have already been delivering them for Motorola Channel partners coast to coast with tens of thousands of Electronic Direct Mails already delivered and we are just getting warmed up.

PHASE 1

Existing Customers

By now you should have selected the preferred offers for the Motorola Customer Touch mailing and submitted them to Motorola directly through the Customer Touch website. The deadline was April 22nd.

PHASE 2

Prospective Customers

This is where Opt-In Wireless comes in. We can help you. identify prospects within your territory (APMR) and develop e-marketing efforts highlighting your this exclusive offer. For every new prospect you identify Motorola will sponsor a $25 Off coupon on select commercial tier radios. In addition, Motorola will fully co-op any New Email Prospect Rental Lists that you market to AND Motorola will place 50% of the prospect list cost back into your Co-Op account. That means if the Email Prospect Rental List costs you $2,000 Motorola will reimburse you from co-op the full cost ($2,000) and place $1,000 back into your Co-Op account. This marketing activity also counts towards your Brand Commitment goal for Motorola Excellence.

MOTOROLA PROMOTIONAL CO-OP FUNDS RESTRICTIONS

Motorola will place 50% of the cost of a prospect list back into your co-op account up to $1,500. Channel Partner must execute a marketing campaign highlighting the aforementioned promotion to purchase list by May 20, 2008.

Prospect list must contain e-mail addresses.

To receive promotional co-op funds a copy of the invoice for the list plus proof of a marketing activity must be submitted to you ADM by May 31.

Standard Co-Op policies apply to all marketing material created for this promotion. Material must be pre-approved by TradeOne. Co-op guidelines can be found on MOL > Resource Center > Marketing Information > Co-Op
