“Couldn't wait, had to take a look as soon as I got your email. The site looks GREAT! It will be nice to promote our website (for a change) and feel 100% comfortable that the customer/prospect will see a professional website that truly reflects how great our company is. I NEVER told any customers before to check out our site, in fact I always hoped they would not because it was a terrible reflection on Day Wireless in a time when everyone has a functional website. Great job!”

Wesite Philosophy
Our website philosophy has always been to provide our clients with quality sites that are easy to navigate, leverage the client’s brand, and provide a level of interactivity to keep the visitor's interest and promote customer retention. Today, the cult of "usability" has become a purported cure-all for site management, but in ways utterly divorced from true success metrics. We believe in the next five years, usability-related work will shift into an era of accountability, in which site investments will be anchored to specific business goals.
Critical to the success of any website is how it behaves and is used in the real world. The likelihood of any return traffic to a website that did not provide a positive user experience is very small. Opt-In Wireless recognizes this crucial element to a websites success and we make User Experience a main focus throughout the development of all of our sites.
All of our sites are 100% Motorola Co-opable
Website Development
All of our websites are developed based on the following 5-plane scheme:
1. Site Objectives and User Needs
2. Functional Specifications and Content Requirements
3. Interaction Design and Information Architecture
4. Interface Design, Interaction Design, and Information Design
5. Visual Design
The power of a website is its content, usability, and how relevant it is to those visiting it, not graphics. That content has to be refreshed often so people stay longer and comeback more often. In the information economy, information is both the ultimate commodity and the ultimate asset, and whoever has access to the best, the richest, and the most accurate information has the strongest competitive advantage. If the content in a dealer’s website has value and relevance, over time it will build a sense of community between users and the site. The stronger relationship that community develops will result in commerce.
As time passes and more customers go online, if they aren't buying from one dealership, they're clicking over to another dealer - something that gets easier every day. All too many dealers have websites that are never changed. Dealers spent, in some cases, a great deal of money building their websites. But most would be shocked to see how few visitors they actually have and how many leave after just seeing their home page. Thanks to current technology, a dealer can measure and track visitor activity by integrating data analysis software into their site and make any necessary changes based on those results. As it is today, not only are many of them wasting money every month keeping those sites up but more importantly, projecting a poor image of both their company and Motorola as well, online, every day 24/7.
Websites, by their very nature are passive: They have to wait for visitors to come to them. And most people only visit only a few sites. Email, however, allows dealers to change this dynamic by reaching out and delivering information. They can reach out to prospects that may have only an occasional interest in their site but would not visit it very often, as well as to contact regular customers to visit and buy again online or offline.

Search Engine Marketing
Search is second only to email in how people use the Web. More than ever “Search” is how people research products before they buy. This year 18% or about $353 Billion of all “Offline” sales in the U.S. were made from decisions people made from research done “Online”. By 2008 it will reach 30%. - Jupiter Research 03/04
Search Engine Optimization (SEO) may be just one part of an Online Internet marketing strategy, but it is the fundamental part. It is the baseline. If you are doing nothing else, search engine placement and keyword related advertising can make up 80 to 90 percent of your traffic.
How easy is it to find your dealership’s website? If you are not investing in SEO it may as well be a billboard in the woods. Having a successful online presence requires the same importance and budget on SEO as any other marketing your dealership is engaged in.
